• Will my device work after the data recovery procedure?

  We cannot guarantee that your device will be operable after the service.

• How long is the turnaround time?

  Approximately four to five weeks.

• How will I receive my recovered data?

  We will ship back a USB flash drive containing the recovered data along with your device.

• Can I send in a non-Apple device for data recovery?

  No, at the moment, we are only servicing Apple devices for data recovery.

• Is data recovery only for liquid damaged devices?
