JoesGE Shipping Insurance Guarantees

At JoesGE, we offer optional shipping insurance to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during transit.

You can add shipping insurance to any order directly at checkout — simply select the coverage option that best fits your needs:


How It Works

If your package is lost in transit, we may, at our discretion, send you a replacement item of the same model whenever possible or offer similar replacement options.
If your original device model or color is not in stock, or if you prefer not to receive a similar item, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund for the current market value of the item you purchased or sent in for repair.

If you are filing a claim for a stolen package and the total value of the items exceeds $100, a police report is required before a replacement or refund can be processed.

If a refund is issued, the value of the item will be determined based on JoesGE’s current selling price or the average market value for a comparable used unit online.


Coverage Details

Shipping insurance covers items that are shipped to the address provided at checkout and protects against loss, theft, or damage during shipment.

Coverage Limits:

  • $5 Insurance – Covers up to $250
  • $20 Insurance – Covers up to $1,000

You can add shipping insurance to any product purchase at checkout to ensure your order is protected during delivery.


Exclusions

Shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Packages lost due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Packages that are delivered and signed for when sent with signature confirmation.
  • Losses or damages occurring after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Repair Service Shipments

If you would like to add insurance to the return shipping of a repair service, please contact the technician working on your electronics directly to arrange coverage.
