100-Day Limited Warranty – Repairs

We specialize in electronics repairs and stand behind our work with a 100-day warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use. Our expert technicians handle all repairs in-house, and every product is tested before being shipped back to you.

🔹 What’s Covered?

  • Defects in workmanship under normal use.

🔹 What’s NOT Covered?

  • Damage from abuse, liquid exposure, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Liquid damage to smartwatches and fitness trackers, as most are water-resistant but not waterproof (check your owner’s manual).

🚚 International Customers: We do not cover return shipping for warranty repairs outside the United States.

🔹 Refurbished Products:

  • Professionally repaired and restored to a like-new state at our in-house repair center.
  • Fully tested and verified, including all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes).

🔹 What’s NOT Covered?

  • Damage from abuse, liquid exposure, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

🚚 International Customers: We do not cover return shipping for warranty claims outside the United States.


30-Day Return Policy

If you're not thrilled with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

Return Conditions:

✅ The item must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.
✅ You can choose to:

  • Get a full refund
  • Exchange for an item of equal value
  • Replace the product at no extra charge

📌 Important Notes:

  • Security stickers must be intact – If removed, the item is not eligible for a refund.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • International Customers: You must cover return shipping costs, and we do not refund original shipping fees.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days from delivery.
