Steps to Repair your Beats Solo 4 Wireless A3140 Broken Arch Headband

Step 1: Removing the Screws
1.1 Use a flathead or prying tool to pry open the rubber on one side of the headband.
1.2 Use a Philips 2.0 screwdriver to unscrew the screws on that side.
1.3 Repeat the process for the other side.
Step 2: Removing the Headband Cushion
2.1 Use a flathead or prying tool to carefully pry the headband cushion away from the headband.
2.2 Continue to pry the cushion away from the headband until it is completely removed.
Step 3: Installing New Headband
3.1 Use the curvature of the headband to determine the correct orientation.
3.2 Check the pins on the headband to ensure they are in place.
3.3 Place the headband on both sides.
3.4 Fasten the main wire in place.
Step 4: Installing the New Headband Cushion
4.1 Use the curvature of the headband to determine the correct orientation of the cushion.
4.2 Place the new headband cushion onto the headband, ensuring it is properly aligned.
4.3 Secure the cushion with the screws.
4.4 Push the rubber all the way back in place.
4.5 Use a flathead screwdriver to secure the rubber side pieces into place.
4.6 Screw the headband back together using the Philips 2.0 screwdriver.
