We offer shipping insurance to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft during transit.
If your package is lost in transit we will send you a replacement item that is either the same model, or offer you some similar options. If we do not have your original device model/color in stock or you do not wish to receive a similar item, we will offer you a full refund for the value of the item that you purchased or sent in for repair.
If you are filing a claim regarding a stolen package and the value of the items in the box exceeds $100, we require a police report to be submitted to receive a replacement or refund.
If a refund is issued, the value of the item will be assessed based on what we sell the item for/or the average going price for a used unit online.

This insurance covers items that we ship, when they are shipped to the address that you give to us at checkout and only covers loss, theft, or damage during shipment.
This excludes situations where a package is lost because the shipping address provided at time of checkout was inaccurate or out of date.
Further exclusions include packages which are sent with signature confirmation and are signed for upon delivery are also excluded from coverage.
