How long does it take for your order to be shipped?
We ship out all items purchased on our website within 1 business day (M-F).
This means that if you order on Monday, it'll ship Tuesday morning no matter the time you purchase on Monday. If you purchase on Friday morning, it'll typically ship Monday.
International orders (We are based in the USA)
International orders typically ship within the same timeframe as orders within the US. We do sometimes delay the shipment if an address appears incomplete and may reach out if our system shows that the address may be invalid. We want to make sure that you get what your ordered when you order it, especially with the increased shipping time and cost.
Any delivery to outside of the USA may incur import fees. These taxes vary by country and are not something we have control over. In some instances, you will need to pay these fees once you receive the package.
What carrier will your item ship with?
Most small items ship with USPS while larger items may ship with FedEx or UPS depending on your location and the size of the item. If you are an international customer we may offer DHL express or GlobalPost as options depending on your location.
