Do we ship to your country? 

We ship to most countries. The best way to see the shipping options available for your address is to add an item to your cart then proceed to checkout. You will be able to see the shipping options after entering your address with no payment info required. 

Which shipping carrier should you choose? 

We offer international shipping via different carriers based on which country you're in. Generally, we do not offer USPS as an option outside of the US because they lose too many of our packages. 

If DHL, FedEX, or UPS are offered, they are generally the most reliable with DHL being at the top of the pile. 

GlobalPost is the cheapest option for international orders. It will take longer to arrive and there is a greater chance that your package may get lost.

We are not responsible for lost packages. 

Delivery times

Most packages are delivered within 5-8 business days. It will take longer if you use a cheaper shipping option and be faster if you use a more expensive options. 

At checkout, the delivery estimate will be shown for each shipping option. 

Import VAT/Duties

Most countries charge a tax (VAT: Value added tax) on packages from outside their border. Some countries charge tax on packages over a certain value which is called the "de minimis" value.

We have no control over these fees.

They are usually charged when the package is delivered to your address by the shipping carrier. Sometimes your package may be held at a nearby postal facility and require that you come pick it up and pay the duties.

International Deliveries

It's common for a carrier to attempt delivery of your package when you're not home (it's almost like they wait for you to leave haha). Typically, they will leave a note on your door or box indicating that they missed you and giving you next steps. If they don't, check the tracking information on the carriers website to see updated info. 

They will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If you miss all of them, you will need to go into that carriers physical location to collect the parcel. 

If you fail to collect the parcel, it will either be returned to us or discarded. We do not offer refunds if you fail to collect a parcel. 

International Returns - 30 days

We appreciate you ordering from abroad and want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the same 30-day returns option as for local customers who purchase directly from JoesGE.com with a minor change. We do not cover the return shipping or refund the original shipping cost if you return an item to us. This goes for products, parts, and services.

We do not charge a restocking fee and typically issue a refund or get in contact regarding the return within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the return.

If applicable, the security sticker on the item must not be tampered with or removed. If removed the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
