How do you know if your ear pads are original? Rest assured we sell the original ones. It's easy to tell to tell the difference. 1. The original ear pads use the slow rebound yellow or whiteish foam. This slow rebound foam will not mushroom easily like the blue foam that all aftermarket ear pads use. You can see the foam color from the back of the ear pads without cutting them through the holes in the frame. 2. Original ear pads are roughly .84" which can increase in size as you may use them at the gym or sweat on them causing them to swell but original new ones are roughly .84". Aftermarket ones are thicker and measure roughly .93".
